I love the slow, thoughtful nuance you’ve articulated so clearly. Expansion over contraction, yes. Willingness to sit in the discomfort and allow the nudge to repeat and repeat, yes. The daily life-giving work of creating and maintaining a clear channel, yes. Fruits over time and alignment, yes yes yes. This is so lush

I’ve just forwarded your article to my 16yr old granddaughter who has just finished the study course Reflections on the Life of the Spirit. We were discussing by text the nature of the soul.Your timely piece gave clarity to some questions about soul, e.g. how do we recognise its voice above the incoherent noise of this world?

This 16 yr old is particularly wise.
